Team Management (FoMs, CMs CSEs TMs).Customer development and satisfaction.Cross Functional Coordination.Operational Excellence.
Follow-up of Success with the team.
Excellent analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills Customer focus, ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the METRO Cash Carry business and how trading worksExcellent negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
