Job Description: |
- 2 Positions for RAWALPINDI
- 1 Position for ISLAMABAD
We require team lead who has proven call center
background experience to manage everyday outbound telemarketing sales
team. At least an experience of 1 years of call center experience is
required. Must be energetic and dedicated.
- Produce reports for higher management at end of shift on daily and weekly basis.
- Carrying out briefing meetings and one to one coaching session on an ongoing basis.
- Maintaining team morale and motivation whilst providing clear, strong direction.
- Helping to create scripts for better productivity.
- Mentor New Starters.
- Handle all queries from team.
- Ensure sales targets are met at both individual team level.
- The ability to motivate people.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- A responsible attitude.
- Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
- The ability to plan and priorities your own work and other people's
- An understanding of computer systems and cash registers, for some jobs
