Job Description:
  • 2 Positions for RAWALPINDI
  • 1 Position for ISLAMABAD
We require team lead who has proven call center background experience to manage everyday outbound telemarketing sales team. At least an experience of 1 years of call center experience is required. Must be energetic and dedicated.

  • Produce reports for higher management at end of shift on daily and weekly basis.
  • Carrying out briefing meetings and one to one coaching session on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintaining team morale and motivation whilst providing clear, strong direction.
  • Helping to create scripts for better productivity.
  • Mentor New Starters.
  • Handle all queries from team.
  • Ensure sales targets are met at both individual team level.
  • The ability to motivate people.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • A responsible attitude.
  • Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • The ability to plan and priorities your own work and other people's
  • An understanding of computer systems and cash registers, for some jobs
