The ideal candidate should:
Hold at least a Bachelors degree
Have a minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description
Provide quality service to the customers over the phone with a positive attitude.
Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, policies and procedures of the company in order to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Ensure strict compliance with SOPs.
Responsible for providing feedback to the Team Leader on issues and challenges and suggest solutions
Accountable for achieving daily quantitative targets and the service levels
Attend Team Meetings, daily clinics, CTP and other learning forms.
Work during shift as assigned
Essential Skills
Should have good communication skills. (Sindhi Pashto is an asset)
Should be proficient in MS office Suite.
Should have good writing skills
Desirable Skills
Should possess good analytical skills
Should have excellent negotiation skills.
