Job Description
- Responsible for planning and maintenance of provisioning system and infrastructure
- Responsible for planning and maintenance of Oracle Database and infrastructure
- Liaise between the internal customers / business departments and the solution providers throughout the project life cycle
- Analyze business requirements, identify impact and propose solutions
- Responsible for middleware and provisioning infrastructure management
- Manage the performance of UATs, upgrades, and deployment activities
- Document project scope, deliverables, functional requirements, and added value services and expectations
- Responsible for Business Processes Automation
Essential Skills
- Should have experience of Database Administration, Business system
analysis, Project Management, Product mechanism stakeholder management
- Should have strong analytical and decision making skills
- Should have strong presentation and communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience on Oracle DB, ESB layer, Telecom Provisioning System and CRM is desired.
- Should be result oriented, be able to work under stress, and should be an initiator.
