The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences
- Have at least 2 to 4 years of experience
Job Description
- Responsible for 24x7 operation of Contact Center as well as night maintenance activities
- Responsible for System Administration and health maintenance of Windows, Linux and Solaris System
- Manage periodic troubleshooting of operational issues
- Responsible for Citrix Administration, Fileservers Management and Clustering
- Ensure high availability of user resources with Quota Management
- Process automation for system maintenance and resource utilization
- Responsible for ACM, AES, VPMS, AIC, ACR, Variant Solution
- Manage working of Avaya Communication Manager, Configure IP phones, Create users extension, Agent IDs etc.
- Integrate with IVR, databases and softphone
- Ensure compliance with Security policies, user rights assignment
- Responsible for Call Center Management System, Cognos reporting, Reporting of customer/calls data
- Responsible for IVR Administration and periodic IVR teleproxy announcements administration
- Responsible for Thin Client Administration and integrate with IP phones and security management
- Responsible for Escalation Reporting to intra teams, for Citrix profile management during off peak hours
- Coordination with network team for port allocation for access layer
ports and Daily health check of IT asset on floor for any damages and
replacement
- Responsible for Database maintenance and administration, as well as Oracle 11G and SQL server 2005/2008 administration
Essential Skills
- Should be willing to work in shifts
- Should have strong RD and technical understanding/expertise
- Should have strong interpersonal/ communication skills
- Should be proficient in MS Office Suite having good knowledge of operating system and Microsoft Enterprise platform
- Must possess good knowledge of VoIP solutions
- Should have good understanding of computer networks (LAN, WAN, MAN, Switches, routing) and Voice Routing Algorithms
- Should be well versed in CCNA, MCP, Avaya or Citrix
