Job Description:

    Strengthen existing performance management system.
    Design or coordinate training program to address the human resource development requirement of the organization.
    Develop the procedure for implementing approved Human Resources policies and ensure that policies are implemented and understood.
    Maintain and administer salary administration system and performance appraisal programs.
    Recommend compensation strategies ensure market competitiveness and equitable internal compensation in accordance with companys policies.
    Maintain and monitor the job Evaluation system.
    Ensure competitive and progressive benefits program.
    Prepare, implement and monitor expenditure of annual Human resources budget.
    Receive employee or department complaints and act accordingly to resolve them.
    Handles all contact with government departments through Security and Public Relations Officer.
